Billing Notice Update - 3/8/22
Due to an issue generated from supply chain disruptions, we are aware that billing notice delivery may have been disrupted for some of our customers.
- If you receive a billing notice and already paid your premium for the due date listed, no action is required.
- If you have not received your notice and it has impacted your policy, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to work with you to resolve the situation. Please keep in mind, that automatic bank draft is available if you are interested. Please contact our customer service team at the number provided on your notice and they will be happy to help. Thank you!
Effective January 15, 2022, administration of your policy will transition to EXL Services. As of this date they will take care of your customer service needs. There are no changes to your policy coverage due to this administrative change.

1099-INTs, 1099-Rs and 1099-NECs were mailed on Friday, January 28, 2022. Please allow a couple of weeks for the mail delivery. Please note, if you have multiple policies, you will be receiving a separate 1099 for each of the policies this applies to.
