Use the Settlers Life Payment System for fast, easy payment processing with Settlers Life. Simply click on the 'Make a Payment' button below to pay your bill directly from your credit card account. You will be automatically redirected to Settlers Life's secure Payment System website. To make a payment, you will need your policy number(s), which can be found on the left side of your billing statement.

For security purposes, we do not store any personal information or financial information for future use. Settlers Life's Payment System can be used for one-time payments only. You cannot set-up recurring payments using the Payment System.

What forms of payment does the Settlers Life Payment System accept?
One-Time premium payments with VISA or MASTERCARD.

When will the payment be reflected on my policy?
Two to five business days after payment is accepted.

Will I receive a confirmation number after making a payment?
Upon successfully making a payment and providing your email address, you will receive an email with your confirmation number.

What information do I need to make a payment?
You will need to provide the following information:

  • Policy number
  • Insured's Last Name (to verify the policy and determine the premium amount to be paid)
  • Valid VISA or MASTERCARD
  • Valid Email Address

I have a credit on my policy. Why does the payment system reflect that the full premium amount is due?
The payment system will not accept or reflect a partial premium payment.  Please contact Policyholder Services for additional assistance.

Why does the Payment System only show a premium payment for one month, but my bill shows that more than one month's payment is due?
The payment system will only show one monthly premium payment at a time. If you owe more than one month's payment that will not be reflected within the Payment System. If there are any doubts about the total amount due on your policy, please contact Policyholder Services.
